Jessica Ritchie: Forging Prodigious Territories for the Forthcoming Generations
Jessica Ritchie, Branding Expert, is directing her career in the proper direction since she is driven to attain various goals in her life. Jessica picked a vocation that allowed her to play all the roles she desired as a child: performer, doctor, and company owner. She is a branding specialist who helps people enhance their personal and commercial brands via strategic marketing and personal energy management. She plays all of the roles by assisting top performers.
“I must admit that, uniquely, I have fulfilled my multi-faceted childhood dreams by owning my own business, being a stage speaker, and helping people professionally (often in a great time of need and also to heal personally) in their business,” she says.
Behind the curtain
Jessica had various goals in life from the beginning. So she began by broadening her knowledge base and adding arrows to her quiver.
In 2006, she graduated with honors from Griffith University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Marketing, Human Resources, and Occupational Health and Safety. This equipped her to satisfy the entrepreneurial side of her nature by seeking out classic Australian companies.
She became a Reiki practitioner in 2017 and an Internationally Certified Coach & Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2018. Jessica also became a life coach and Reiki Master, which nourished her doctor’s desire to help people.
As her professional career in marketing evolved, she understood that the business does not have the finest reputation for ethics and trust. As a result, she took matters into her own hands to effect change in the industry, broadcasting transparent and creative services under her name.
“I am passionate about assisting (especially) high-performing women in their businesses and careers through a transformational process that allows them to become more connected to themselves both personally and professionally,” Jessica says. I accomplish this by strengthening their marketing approach while also developing a wellness management plan to assist them in conserving and enhancing their energy.”
Her Services are Reshaping the Sector
Jessica uses strategic marketing and personal energy management to build revolutionary personal and business brands, businesses, individuals, and teams. She has worked with Golden Circle, Tony Ferguson, Easternwell, Supercheap Auto, BCF, Gloriously Free Oats, Tourism & Events Queensland, Rays Outdoors, Goldcross Cycles, Supergifts, and hundreds of SMEs.
“What distinguishes me from other marketing professionals is that I am also a Reiki and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, as well as a life and business coach,” she says. This enables me to employ my superpower of recognizing and capturing a brand’s or business’s particular energy and soul and amplifying it in their marketing and communications.”
Jessica has managed many managerial roles in Marketing, Public Relations, Operations, and Communications in ASX-listed companies to SMEs. She has assisted in the transformation of some of Australia’s leading and most-known brands. This extensive experience has given her significant insights into the market, allowing her to provide superior services to her clientele.
“My obsession with branding businesses has led me to also work with individuals in developing their brand,” she says. I have the capacity to extract a brand’s and person’s distinctive energy and essence and enhance it throughout their marketing collateral and branding. This enables my clients to stand out from the crowd while still having the clarity, connection, and confidence to rock their business, profession, and life.”
Jessica specializes in consulting, speaking, and mentoring high-performing businesswomen, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs that want to develop a cohesive branding and marketing plan that enhances their identity and essence. She rolls out the red carpet for budding leaders and entrepreneurs to make their mark in the world.
She is inspired by everything she has accomplished thus far and wishes to dream even more considerably. “The moment I realized that my hard work had paid off was when my best-selling program consistently performed over six figures annually,” she says. The Australian government has approved it as a program and method that successfully benefits people and businesses.”
“Winning several awards for marketing and business coaching and being judged by internationally recognized experts in my field is humbling,” she continues. Recognizing my accomplishments by such high-caliber specialists ignited my desire even more and reaffirmed my confidence in my skill set and ability to serve others. I’m committed to being a better version of myself than I was the day before. I stay in my lane, which eliminates competition from my particular domain. When you stay in your own lane, you’re always trying to aid others while still carving your own distinct route.”
The core beliefs that underpin the services
Jessica feels that the four pillars of her business are integrity, trust, openness, and caring. She takes time away from work to reconnect with her creative and innovative side. She enjoys spending time in nature with her family or relaxing with a cup of tea and an excellent book.
Obtaining a Work-Life Balance
Jessica defines achieving balance on all fronts differently. She sees it as a balancing act in which she must be totally present and conscious in the moment to be her best self in each area.
“The key to surviving the juggling act is knowing which balls are a priority,” she emphasizes. Rumi famously said, “Life is a delicate balance of holding on and letting go.” This way, you’ll know which balls to drop (and feel comfortable lowering) to keep the others in play. I discovered which balls are made of rubber and will bounce back if dropped and which are made of glass and shatter if dropped. I’m now more clear on my priorities and boundaries, which helps with juggling, but I don’t always do it ‘right,’ but that’s life!”
The business’s next major milestone
Jessica’s long-term goal is establishing a business and health resort on her family’s rainforest property in Queensland, Australia, halfway between the Whitsundays and Mackay.
“I have a new marketing method that I plan to launch at the end of this year, as well as the launch of my first book (I have two others already in the works), which is a lifelong dream that will be fulfilled,” she continues.
